Broccoli in Thai Curry Paste

INGREDIENTS

1 head of broccoli
250g of firm tofu
2 tablespoons of red Thai curry paste
2 tablespoons of date paste
4-5 tablespoons of soya sauce
Grated zest from 2 limes
Add lime juice before serving to balance flavors

Instructions

Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and steam until they are done
Cut the tofu into medium sized cubes
Mix all other ingredients together to make a sauce. Divide this sauce into two parts
Mix tofu with one part of the sauce and allow it to marinate
Mix the broccoli with the other part and allow it to marinate
Put the tofu on a baking pan. Broil each of the six sides for one minute each, turning after each minute
Sauté the broccoli gently.
Add to the tofu. Toss and serve warm
