Heat oil in a pan and add grated onion. After a minute, add ginger and garlic paste. Once it is brown, close the burner and let it cool down.
In a bowl add kidney beans and mince it and add it along with boiled soya granules. Now add rest of the masalas in the mixture, cumin seed powder, cloves powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, red chilli powder, cashew nut powder and then add finely chopped green chillies, roasted gram flour, coriander leaves, salt and then add the onion mixture. - Mix these ingredients well. Then add lime juice. Put a little oil on your hand and then take small portion of the mix and make a flat round from it.
Heat oil in a pan and put the kebabs in it. Cook them on slow flame. Your delicious Galouti Kebabs are ready. ENJOY!!!
