In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, bread crumbs, garam masala, salt, oil, and green chilli.
Mix well to form a patty mixture.
Shape the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Toast the burger buns lightly on the same pan.
Assemble the burger by spreading vegan mayonnaise on the bun, adding the patty, sliced tomato, onion, and lettuce.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
