Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
Dip each tofu cube into the batter, ensuring it is well coated.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the coated tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
