In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, cumin seeds, and salt.
Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth dough.
Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball.
Flatten a ball and place a portion of vegan cheese and nutritional yeast in the centre.
Fold the edges over the filling and seal it.
Roll it out gently into a paratha.
Heat a tawa and cook the paratha with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
Garnish with coriander leaves if desired.
Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
