INGREDIENTS

150 g cashew nuts (soaked for 4–6 hours)
200 ml water
1–2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Soaking cashews softens them for easier blending.
Adjust the water quantity for thicker or thinner cream.

Instructions

Drain and rinse the soaked cashew nuts.
In a blender, combine the cashew nuts, water, lemon juice, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice as per preference.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
