INGREDIENTS

200–250 g cashews (soaked for 4–6 hours)
50 g nutritional yeast
30 ml lemon juice
50 ml hot sauce
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Soaking cashews softens them for blending.
Adjust the hot sauce according to your spice preference.

Instructions

Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
In a blender, combine the cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, hot sauce, and salt.
Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve a creamy consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve as a dip or spread with your favourite snacks.
