INGREDIENTS

200–250 g cashews (soaked for 4–6 hours)
2–3 tbsp nutritional yeast
2–3 tbsp lemon juice
1–2 cloves garlic (optional)
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Soaking cashews softens them for easier blending.
Use a high-speed blender for a smoother texture.

Instructions

Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
In a blender, combine the cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic (if using), and salt.
Blend until smooth, adding water gradually to achieve desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
