200–250 g tofu, sliced
100 g chickpea flour (besan)
50 ml water
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2–3 green chillies, finely chopped

Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying for a crispy texture.
You can add spices to the batter as per your taste.

Instructions

In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add water gradually to form a smooth batter.
Stir in chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
