INGREDIENTS

400 ml almond milk
2 ripe bananas (about 200–250 g)
2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, about 30 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (about 5 ml)
Ice cubes (as needed)
Use frozen bananas for a thicker texture.
Experiment with different plant milks for varied flavours.

Instructions

In a blender, combine almond milk, ripe bananas, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
