INGREDIENTS

200 g cashews (soaked for 4 hours)
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Soak cashews for at least 4 hours for better blending.
Adjust the amount of lemon juice for desired tanginess.

Instructions

Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt.
Add water gradually to achieve desired consistency.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
Serve as a spread or dip.
