Have the oil on heat and add rai and curry patta
Add the vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked and soft
Add coconut milk and bring to it to boil
Serve with brown/red/white rice
Bonus: You can make a chutney of the remaining coconut milk
Add 2-3 spoons of water, a green chilli, an inch of ginger, salt to taste, and grind in a mixer
Heat two teaspoonfuls of oil
Add 1 small spoon of rai and 1 small spoon of white urad
Add to the coconut mix, stir and serve
