INGREDIENTS

200–250 g cashew nuts (soaked)
30 g nutritional yeast
30 ml lemon juice
100–150 ml water (adjust for consistency)
Salt to taste
1–2 green chillies (optional, for spice)
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)
Soaking cashews helps in achieving a smoother texture.
Adjust the water quantity based on your preferred consistency.

Instructions

Soak cashew nuts in water for at least 4 hours, then drain.
In a blender, combine soaked cashew nuts, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and water.
Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to achieve a creamy consistency.
Season with salt and blend again.
If desired, add chopped green chillies for spice and blend briefly.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve as a spread or dip with your favourite snacks.
