INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups of oil for frying (or more depending on your preference)
¼ teaspoon of baking soda
3-4 cardamom
1 cup of sugar
100 grams of boiled sweet potato
1 slice of white bread
½ cup of coconut milk
Raisins
Saffron strands
Let the jamuns rest in warm syrup for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Instructions

Mash the boiled sweet potato and add bread slices to it
Add ¼ teaspoon of baking soda, oil, coconut milk and Cardamom powder, and mix well
Add a raisin to each portion and form balls
Fry them in oil
Directions (for Syrup)
Heat sugar and water in a saucepan, and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes
Add saffron strands
Add Gulab Jamuns to the syrup
