INGREDIENTS

200–250 g soy chunks
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2–3 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Adjust spices according to your taste.
Serve with lemon wedges for extra tang.

Instructions

Soak the soy chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the soy chunks with ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated soy chunks and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
