In a bowl, mix cornflour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
Coat the tofu cubes in the flour mixture until well covered.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the coated tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides.
Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with green chillies.
