In a bowl, mix cornflour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.
Coat the tofu cubes in the flour mixture evenly.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated tofu cubes in batches.
Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5–7 minutes.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired and serve hot.
