In a mixing bowl, combine the plant-based curd, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
Add the cubed tofu to the marinade and mix well to coat.
Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place the marinated tofu on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Optionally, add sliced capsicum and onion around the tofu.
Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through until slightly charred.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
