In a bowl, mix thick curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt to make the marinade.
Add the cubed tofu to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Thread the marinated tofu, onion, and capsicum onto skewers alternately.
Brush the skewers with oil and place them on a baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and slightly charred.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with mint chutney.
