Soak the whole wheat grains overnight.
In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add cumin seeds.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, cook for 2 minutes.
Add soaked wheat, soya chunks, and water.
Pressure cook for about 20 minutes.
Release pressure, add flaxseed meal and garam masala, mix well.
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
