Cook the vegan sausages in a pan over medium heat until browned.
In a bowl, mix the boiled chickpeas, chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, and black pepper to make the chickpea salad.
Slice the whole wheat buns and lightly toast them if desired.
Spread vegan mayo on the inside of each bun.
Place the cooked vegan sausage in each bun, then top with the chickpea salad.
Serve immediately with extra green chillies or sauces if desired.
