INGREDIENTS

- 500 ml plant-based curd
- 100 ml water
- 2–45 ml sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/20 ml roasted cumin powder
- A pinch of salt
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)
- 1–2 green chillies (optional, for a spicy kick)
Chill the plant-based curd before preparation for a cooler drink.
Experiment with flavours by adding fruits like mango or mint.

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the plant-based curd and water.
Add sugar, roasted cumin powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
Blend the mixture until smooth and frothy using a hand blender or regular blender.
Taste and adjust sweetness or salt as required.
If you prefer a spicy version, blend in the green chillies.
Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh coriander leaves if using.
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing vegan lassi!
