50 ml water
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2–3 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
Oil for shallow frying
Lemon wedges for serving
